  • Poland's system is unique. Individuals with at least 10 years of secondary/tertiary education and/or work experience (most of the population) receive 26 days paid vacation. However, individuals who do not yet have a combined 10 years of education and work experience receive only 20 days paid vacation per year until they meet the 10-years requirement. Certain occupations, such as teachers, may get up to 36 weeks per year.
