Virginia has many different cities to choose from when deciding to relocate to one of the east coast states and is among the best choices for those that are looking for a balanced lifestyle. Of chief importance is Ashburn, which has a great combination of affordability and proximity to the larger urban services and lifestyle. The suburbs of Ashburn are extremely close to Dulles airport and have proximity to many job employment centers, mainly in telecom and technology. For example, Verizon Business and Telos are one of the largest centers for telecommunications, and much of the world's internet traffic passes through this town.
That's not everything that Ashburn has to offer, as the Potomac River and Beaverdam Reservoir are the main attractions located just outside the suburbs. The nature trails in Ashburn Park are sure to please you if you do not want to take up kayaking and canoeing in the reservoir. Many golf courses are present in the nearby Belmont Country club and include a state-of-the-art swimming pool that is suitable for all ages.
Boston has long been considered one of the best places to live on the east coast, especially when compared to other cities of its size. The abundance and diversity of access to job opportunities make it the prime location for people from all walks of life. Although Boston may be considered a large urban city, it is home to Revere Beach - which was considered the first public beach ever opened in the United States. On top of these activities, Boston is known for its myriad outdoor activities, such as rock climbing and skiing.
Boston, of course, is home to many professional sports teams that have won many accolades in their respective leagues. The New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and Boston Celtics are contenders in their own right, bringing fame and glory to the city with every performance. The first botanical garden ever opened in America, Boston Public Garden hosts over 80 species of plant and plant-related life. The sprawling urban center also holds many different venues, such as Symphony Hall, which regularly comes together to play traditional and modern classical music.
The capital city of Charleston was founded in 1670 and is one of the oldest cities in America. It has frequently been placed on many top lists in regard to living on the East Coast. Revered as the Holy City, it brings its deep-rooted historic traditions to charming architecture and display, especially in its restaurants. Because of the natural charisma of the town, it is considered one of the most romantic cities in the United States.
Some may choose not to live in the town due to the high tourism rate. In practice, the tourism industry is well-regulated in the city, and the hustle and bustle of daily life do not interfere with your enjoyment of the many different activities in the city.
